About us

An Australian company that understands Australian businesses.

miPartner is built by MultiTech Intelligence in Victoria, Australia.

Australian businesses run their own way — how they buy, how they hire, how long they wait to get paid, and what they are up against locally. Most platforms treat that as a setting to change. We treat it as the thing the product is for, and it is built that way from the ground up rather than adjusted afterwards.

What miPartner is part of.

MultiTech Intelligence is the platform. miPartner is its Australian business edition. The platform is the machinery — the modules, the governed approval path, the signed audit record, the isolation between one account and another. An edition is that machinery pointed at a particular kind of business, with its own knowledge, its own brand and its own instance.

There are several editions. One serves a multimedia studio, one serves online retail, one serves learning and training, and this one serves Australian business. They share the engineering and they do not share knowledge: what the studio edition knows about music licensing is not in this one, and what this one knows about running a business here is not in that one.

Why that is worth knowing as a customer. The parts that are hard to build and easy to get wrong — the approval path, the audit record, keeping one account's data away from another's — are built once and used by all of them. The part that has to be specific to you is the part that is specific to you. You are not paying for a platform to be invented from scratch, and you are not getting a generic one with your industry's name on the front.

What we can prove →

How we work.

Decisions get written down before they are built.

When something matters we write down what we are deciding and why, and then we publish it. Two of those records are on this site: the one that made Australian business the customer we build for, and the one that made “we do not learn from your business” binding rather than merely the current default.

The product refuses things on purpose.

It proposes and a person approves. It will not give you advice on your specific situation. It will not quote a number without saying where it came from. Those are not gaps we have not got to — they are decisions, and they are in the code rather than in a policy nobody reads.

We say what is not built.

The homepage carries a three-column table of what is live, what is coming and what is on the roadmap, and the Trust page names four security controls that are pending with their real IDs. A register that shows only its passes is a brochure.

24 controls · 18 enforced · 2 checked live · 4 pending, by ID

You deal with the people who build it.

There is no sales team to get past, no support tier to upgrade to and no account manager between you and an answer. You email us, and the reply comes from somebody who can change the software that afternoon.

The quickest way to judge us is to use it.

An email address and a code gets you an account and your Hub. No card, no trial clock, and nothing published or charged unless you press something.
