“Does it connect to Xero, or my accounting software?”
No. There are no accounting, bank, calendar or CRM integrations of any kind today, and we would rather tell you that in one line than in a discovery call. If an integration is the thing you need, miPartner is not yet the product for you and we will say so.
“Can I try it before I pay?”
Yes, and you do not need to ask us. The account is free: an email address and a one-time code gets you a Hub and the guided setup. You only pay when you subscribe to an application, and there is a full refund within 14 days of a first purchase.
“Will you build my website for me?”
That is not what this is. Mi Website Builder exists so you can change your own opening hours in October without ringing anybody — which is the opposite problem to the one an agency solves. If you want it built for you, hire someone local and good.
“Is my business too small, or too big, for this?”
If you are a sole trader, the free account and a website is probably where it starts and that may be all you ever need. If you have a hundred staff, the honest answer is that team accounts are not built yet, so today it is one login. Ask us and we will tell you which of those you are.
What happens when you email.
A person reads it. Usually the same day, always within two working days, and in Australian hours — we are in Victoria, so we are awake when you are.
If the answer is that miPartner cannot do the thing you need, that is the answer you will get. A product this specific is not right for everybody, and a customer who signed up on a misunderstanding costs us more than the subscription is worth.
