These are not a tier. They are how the product works.
Nothing happens without you.
Every consequential action is drafted, shown with its reasoning, and then waits. Nothing is published, charged, sent or written into your Hub unless you press something.
A record you can read back.
Decisions are written to a signed, append-only audit record with an external witness that detects an edit, a deletion or a reorder. It is checked live, not asserted.

We never train on your business.
Not pooled, not anonymised, and not even if you offered. There is no opt-in setting, deliberately — a rule with no exception has nothing to get wrong.
Support from people who built it.
There is no sales team and no support tier to upgrade to. You email us and you get an answer from someone who can change the software.
What we will not do to you.
The things that make software expensive are rarely the price on the page.
The price of a subscription you already hold does not move while you hold it. If pricing changes, it changes at your next renewal and you will know before it does.
Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access to the end of the period you have already paid for. No retention call, no “are you sure” maze, no emailing support to be allowed to leave.
Full refund within 14 days of a first purchase, no questions asked. Australian Consumer Law guarantees are not excluded, and nothing here tries to sign them away.
Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see them and we do not store them.
About All-Access, honestly.
All-Access bundles every application, at 15% off monthly or 40% off annually, and it covers the ones added later at no extra cost. On a platform with eleven module families coming to the portal, it is the plan that will make sense for most businesses.
It does not make sense today, and we would rather say so than sell it to you. Mi Website Builder is currently the only application you can work inside. Take the single-application plan, and move to All-Access when there is a second thing on the list you actually want.
We will tell you when that is true. It is a worse month for us and a better one for you.
